Packaging Paper Shreddings

Every box has a gap between the product and the carton wall, and that gap is where things shift, rattle and get damaged. Packaging paper shreddings fill it. They are thin strips of paper packed loosely around a product so it stays in place during handling and delivery.

We manufacture packaging paper shreddings in Mumbai, and supply businesses across India at competitive prices.

Crinkle cut or thin strip?

We make both, and they suit different jobs.

• Crinkle cut is springy and holds its volume. A small handful fills a lot of space, which makes it a good choice for gift boxes, hampers and e-commerce cartons.
• Thin-strip cut is finer and packs down softly. It works well for jewellery, cosmetics and small boxes.

Where it works well

• E-commerce orders: fills the space left in shipping cartons and cuts down on product movement.
• Glass and ceramics: wrap each piece first, then use shreds to fill the gaps so pieces don’t touch.
• Industrial packing: light void fill for non-food items during storage and transport.

How to pack with it

Lay a base layer in the box, place the product in the middle, fill the sides and add a top layer. Then close the lid and give the box a gentle shake. If you feel movement, add more shreds. If the lid bulges, take some out.

Shreds are the filling, not the whole protection. For fragile items, add proper wrapping, dividers or an inner box.
